Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive the book to request a return.

To be eligible, the book must be in the same condition you received it — unread, undamaged and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the book is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can put it right.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without explanation. The book must be in the same condition described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
