Shipping policy
We ship worldwide from Denmark.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched:

Denmark: 1–3 business days

Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The cost is shown before you complete your order.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict or refund them.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If tracking has not updated within five business days of dispatch, contact us at jk@themarketingguy.dk
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect delivery addresses supplied at checkout.
